Position: General Laborer (Maintenance)

Location/s: Marion, OH

Duration: Full time, Contract to Hire

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift are available

Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00/hr. (Depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facility maintenance, part assembly, and part quality inspection.

Responsibilities:

• Perform facility maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and equipment maintenance.
• Assemble parts according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Assist with inventory management and organization of materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance, part assembly, and part quality inspection preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical condition, able to lift and move heavy objects if required.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Must pass a criminal background check (7-year felony sex offender)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test (10 panels for recreational drugs and opiates)
• Applicants for employment must be U.S. Citizens or national, U.S. permanent residents (i.e., current Green Card holders), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
